Breath Body Earth is a Yoga Alliance yoga school that teaches yoga as a complete healing system — philosophy, somatic asana, breath, and self-inquiry. Guatemala was the birthplace of the school and its home for many years, so returning to Arco Isis to share the magic of Lake Atitlán with new students each season is a homecoming.

Yogic wisdom woven with earth medicine.
Sacred Paths Yoga is a Yoga Alliance Registered School that has guided teacher trainings and retreats on Lake Atitlán for more than twelve years. Their 200hr programs blend traditional yogic teachings with earth medicine and the ancient Mayan wisdom of San Marcos La Laguna, hosted onsite at Arco Isis Sanctuary.
