The Subtle Art of the Morning Reset

Hi friends!
This is the first entry of a chapter I have named "Letters from the Lake", since a lot of you have been with us at some point in life, is just like the old friend who lives in a enchanted mountain wants to share some of the amazing experiences and downloads given by the Mother, Nature... to you!

This first one, usually is the hardest to write, but in my experience is the one rawest, sincere, and most vulnerable.
So I want to start showcasing the beauty of reigniting inspiration.

The life in the mountain brings a big universe of new realities, we let go the idea of the traffic jam or massive amount of people around, getting to the premiere at the cinema or even just drive around, and we embrace walking 10 minutes mountain up just as the best therapy...

The life at the mountain resets your circadian rhythm, so it's extremely easy to wake up by 6am. At this time, the mountain keeps a sacred veil where you get to have a silent moment in extreme connection with the first rays of the sun embracing in between the mountains and volcanoes. Our sanctuary is facing south east, so the sunrise is one of our daily ritual moments.

There is this concept: When you get a little stuck in something, just try to do something repetitive enough to help you get momentum, so with that, I been taking this walks as the momentum to start a hyper speed morning.

Each sunrise and sunset have their own color spectrum, even between one day and other they are never exact same, this reminds me about to be consistent in such diverse and adaptable world... while watching the waters of the lake, of course, the subtle art to become water...or fire?

The main point here is how to reignite the spark...

when the flow gets resetted by the environment (being in the middle of a mountain) you get to experience the bliss of a child, like reborn but you keep the wisdom and your life, you dont need to do extreme changes, I believe the subtle art of becoming back to the self happens during the day to day stuff... when you wave a safe net of practices during your day that anchors to a certain frequency, you get to experience that in a long run, not just one time but becoming this your new normal.

nature has been always your roots.
mother has been always for your.
is just we forget time to time.

but here and now,
we remember
as one.

we love you

omg! we did it! first entry wiii!!
