Sacred Paths Yoga — 200hr Yoga Teacher Training

December 1–22, 2026 · with Sacred Paths Yoga Faculty · Sacred Paths Yoga

The journey

Sacred Paths Yoga's 200hr Yoga Alliance Registered training blends traditional yogic teachings and spirituality with earth medicine for a holistic, applicable approach to living the practice. Set in the energy vortex of San Marcos La Laguna, surrounded by three volcanoes, the 21-day immersion draws on the wisdom of the land, ancient Mayan culture, and the deep inner knowing of the heart. Days begin at 6:30am with meditation, pranayama and asana, followed by a spiritual lesson, a special topic, anatomy and philosophy, the art of teaching and the art of touch, and evening satsang (sacred circle) — with every fifth day an off day for rest and integration. Sacred Paths has guided trainings and retreats on Lake Atitlán for more than twelve years. Tuition with onsite accommodation ranges from about $3,350, with deposit-based payment plans and scholarships available.

While you're here, meet the land.

Every journey at Arco Isis is held by the sanctuary — the shala, the kitchen, the cabins, and the reforested mountain around them.
